Job Responsibilities As a Sales Advisor you will be providing excellent customer service and maximising sales performance of the store take ownership and resolve customer issues identify and fulfil customer needs appropriately liaise with internal and external business units on behalf of suppliers ensure all policies are maintained and presentation standards are up held within the store Preferred Skills previous experience of the retail customer service sector would be advantageous but not essential must have excellent communication skills both face to face and over the telephone proven track record of working well within a team able to demonstrate commitment Personal Attributes warm and welcoming manner ability to work as part of a team must be a motivated and flexible individual Candidates applying must be available to work during the weekdays as well as weekends. We are looking for 2 candidates to complete 12 hours contracts.
