We are currently recruiting for a part time It Support Engineer to assist in offering technical support to our clients. The role will suit someone looking to return to work in the field of It or someone looking for flexible hours. This fantastic opportunity includes actively logging and processing technical support enquiries liaising with clients to find appropriate solutions and co-ordinating a fast response to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience within a customer facing technical support role with confident knowledge of It and Network systems. Experience of managing Microsoft Windows Servers Exchange Servers Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office packages is vital. Our business has been built on offering an extremely high level of customer service with a professional approach to our clients. We are looking for a self motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a helpful attitude who will continue to represent these values.
